Client: Nawi Island Limited

Located off the main Island of Fiji near Savu Savu, the Nawi Island Marina project involves the development of a marina and luxury resort that is proposed to have 133 berths for yachts. Several of these berths are big enough to accommodate superyachts.

Our team’s services have been engaged in the Nawi Island Marina such services include:

This marina precinct has an area of 5.88 ha and is located approximately 6km south of the Melbourne CBD.  The proposed development entails a redevelopment of the civic heart of the marina which will include uses such as outdoor markets, various restaurants and taverns, a wellness centre, a service station site accompanied with bicycle parking and end-of-trip facilities.

The development of manmade waterfront housing estate with over 2,500 homes on Hindmarsh Island.

This was the first marina in Australia to be awarded ‘Clean Marina’ status SA Great Large Business Award 2007 Alexandrina Council Environment Award 2004 5 Gold Anchors by Yacht Harbor Association UK/Marina Association of Australia 2003 Banksia Environmental Award 2003 UDIA (SA) States Best Regional Development 2003 Australian Marina of the Year 2003.

GMM was the master planner, construction manager and operator of the whole development including all marine related activities until 2017.

Marina St Vincent is a 210-berth marina 90 minutes south of Adelaide and offers the best boating access to Kangaroo Island and some amazing fishing. Marina St Vincent construction commenced in 1997 and offers South Australian Boat owners a sheltered harbour within easy reach of the magnificent waters that surround Kangaroo Island.
