Andrew Chapman has 33 years’ experience in design and construction of marinas and residential projects. With a “hands on“ approach to project management and a leading approach to planning. It is Andrew’s aim to deliver projects on time and beyond expectations. Andrew has completed his studies with the International Marina Institute based in Florida USA being awarded the 115th Certification of Marina Manager in the World and only the 6th in Australia at that time. Andrew is the President and Chairman of Directors of the Marina Industries Association the peak Industry body for the marina sector in the Australian, Pacific and Asia regions. Andrew lectures in Marina Management Internationally. Andrew's hands on experience in marina management was gained as CEO and Marina Manager at The Marina Hindmarsh Island which was a greenfield purpose built waterfront project incorporating a 1200 berth harbour and all the associated marina services you would expect. Having attained 5 Gold Anchor in 2003 and Clean Marina status immediately following that the system that GMM operate meets ISO14001, the International standard for Environmental accreditation. Andrew understands yachting and the expectation of the owners and their families. Having set up boatyards with rail slipway and 60t shiplift, new boat sales and all the support services required to run a large marina including salvage operations. Andrew has experienced most management issues over time and understands that marinas are not just boat parks but in fact places for families to “create memories” and enjoy recreational time together.

Ben has been involved in the property development sector for 20 years providing development management, project and construction management services to the largest projects in South Australia and NT, as well as a very large public infrastructure project in Sydney. Ben has a passion for the sector and has developed significant networks and engaged with a large number of relevant stakeholders. Ben is proud of his involvement in various roles within the many projects he has been part of including responsible for pricing; delivery of project work, business development, consultancy services and contributing to the overall management of the projects.

Colleen has 14 years experience in the Marina Industry with specialist abilities in Human Resources, Environmental compliance and auditing, Strategic Marketing implementation and Property Management.
